Appointments are required.
NO additional guests are able to come into the treatment room during any procedure. We do have a cozy waiting room for your guests while you are having your service.

DollFace does its best to send a reminder text the day before an appointment but, this is not always doable. It is up to the client to keep track of their appointment day and times.
Any client coming to appointment more than 15 minutes late can be considered no call no show.
There is a 48 hour cancelation policy. If a client does not contact DollFace prior to 48 hours before their appointment to cancel/reschedule, There will be a $100.00 fee that must be paid prior to getting on the schedule.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
48 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice you may be charged the full amount of your appointment. Additionally, if you have a coupon or gift certificate and do not give a 48 hours cancelation notice, you may forfeit the coupon/ gift certificate. 48 hour cancelation notice is REQUIRED for perfection/ touch up appointments. If you do not give a 48 hour notice, there will be a $100.00 cancelation fee. This will need to be paid prior to rescheduling your perfection/touch-up appointment. If you do not give a minimum of a 48 hour cancelation notice or "no call no show" for your first application, you will need to pay a $100.00 cancelation fee and a $50.00 non refundable deposit (that goes towards service price) before booking another appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They may be charged for their “missed” appointment. No show's for perfection/touch up appointments will be charged $100.00 which needs to be paid prior to re booking your perfection appointment. If you no-show your first application, you will need to pay a cancelation fee as well as a nonrefundable $50.00 deposit to secure any appointment. This deposit will go towards your service.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. All arrivals 15 minutes late are subject to cancelation and may be considered no-shows. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your technician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
